The Todai Fellowship 2019 is offered by the University of Tokyo for international students planning to pursue doctoral courses at the University. The value of the scholarship is JPY 200,000 per month as stipend for three years. The university has 10 faculties and enrolls about 30,000 students, 2,100 of whom are international students.
